Small package setups are 10 ft x13 ft and one canopy rental will be suitable to cover the setup.
Medium and large package setups are 10 ft x 20 ft and require two canopy rentals to cover the setup.
For any outdoor setups in the months of June-August, we REQUIRE the setups to be covered by a tent canopy due to the sun and heat. If renting for an outdoor setup during these months, you have the option to supply your own canopy (which must be set up prior to our arrival), or you can rent from us.
For any other non-summer months, canopy tent coverage is STILL REQUIRED if the outdoor setup is under trees. This is because leaves, pollen and dirt can stain the equipment.
If the setup for your event requires an access point such as stairs, elevators, or a small walkway with limited space or maneuverability, an additional $50 fee is required during the booking process.
Delivery is free up to 15 miles (driving distance) from the 34233 ZIP code. For any events beyond 15 miles from the 34233 ZIP code, the delivery fee is as follows:
16-20 miles (driving distance) = $25
21-35 miles (driving distance) = $45
36-55 miles (driving distance) = $65
56-75 miles (driving distance) = $95
If you are more than 75 miles from the above ZIP code, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your location. Please be aware of the sizes of all our equipment that you wish to rent and ensure you have enough space and clearance for it at your venue. NO REFUND will be granted if your event space is too small to accommodate the equipment rented.
